Reward Program Summary

Important changes to the rewards program.

From 27 March 2025 there are updates to the rewards program terms and conditions. These changes include revised qualifying tier spend levels, along with clearer details on how the rewards and incentives work together, such as when reward points can be earned and redeemed.

Under the updated program, for every $25 spent, retail accounts will earn 1 reward point, professional accounts will earn 2 reward points for every $25 spent, and enterprise clients will have their rewards managed directly by their account manager. Please note, there is still a minimum spend requirement of 10 reward points to redeem rewards. Points are added to your account after order dispatch.
