Warranty Summary

All items purchased from Online Mobile Parts come with a 2-year (730-day) Australian warranty, which covers any manufacturing defects. This warranty applies solely to the product purchased from our store and does not extend to associated items or the device itself.

Please note, the warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover general wear and tear (such as scratches), user damage during installation, or damage resulting from accidents. Damage from accidents includes, but is not limited to, water damage, drops, knocks, or other impacts that cause cracks, scratches, or other screen malfunctions.

Before issuing any refunds or exchanges, all returns will be inspected to verify the fault.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by user error, improper installation, or misuse.

In accordance with ACCC guidelines, any refund payments will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Troubleshooting: Steps To Resolve Most Replacement Part Issues

  1. Power down the device.
  2. Disconnect the battery on the device.
  3. Disconnect the replacement part.
  4. Inspect the replacement part, check for any visible damage to the part, flex cable or connection.
  5. Gently clean the replacement part connection.
  6. Gently clean the connection point on the device.
  7. Reconnect the replacement part, ensuring the connection is seated correctly.
  8. Reconnect the battery on the device.
  9. Power on the device.

How To Lodge A Warranty Claim

Notice: any warranty expressed or implied does not cover user error or damage caused from installation or use.

  1. Ensure you have completed the troubleshooting process above.
  2. Record a video of the issue to assist us in quickly verifying the issue.
  3. Send us an email with the video, summary of the issue and clear photo of the QR code on the back of the screen.
  4. Once verified, we will send you a postage paid return label, which you can print and attach to the original packaging you received your item in.
  5. Once you have posted the return and it's had its first scan, we will dispatch your replacement item.
